Our Occupational therapists work with the patient, the physician and the treatment team to develop a plan and home exercise program specific to the patient’s needs. We take into account previous injuries, strengths and weaknesses, physical demands, and goals to create a personalized treatment plan that helps patients regain mobility, ease pain, improve movement, and increase strength to heal from existing issues, prevent future injuries and often avoid surgery.
