What separates us from the competition?
We offer an extensive service line that encompasses all aspects of work comp. We offer post offer employment tests, drug screens, job analyses, ergonomic assessments, onsite work, Physical/Occupational therapy , work conditioning, and functional capacity evaluations. We are looking to provide services for companies from hire to retire processes.
John Stollberg founded Dynamic Physical Therapy in 2019 in Sioux City, Iowa while partnering with Bridget Hoefling of Tri-State Nursing to bring physical and occupational therapy services to Sioux City. Starting with one clinic and now growing to 3, he now offers a comprehensive number of services beyond a typical occupational and physical therapy clinic.
Dynamic Physical Therapy provides post-offer employment testing, functional capacity evaluations, work conditioning, drug screens, fit-for-duty testing, job analysis, ergonomic assessment, DOTs, and also recently adding additional services to provide state-of-the-art equipment for assessing and treating patients with balance and vestibular deficits, pelvic health disorders.

DR. John Stollberg
Certified Hand Therapist, Partner
John Stollberg started his educational career at Wayne State where he received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He then pursued further education where he received his Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2014. In 2018, he obtained his Certified Hand Therapist certification to be an expert in treating hand/upper extremity injuries. Over the years, he also has obtained many other certifications including Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, Certified Kineiso Taping Practitioner, ASTYM Certified Practitioner, and Certified in Physical Agent Modalities. Over the past 5+ years, John has treated various musculoskeletal injuries related to personal and work comp. He specializes in treating all types of musculoskeletal disorders, onsite services, and work comp.

Kourtney Wilcox
Nurse Practitioner
Kourtney earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Morningside University. She has experience caring for patients in both hospital and clinic settings, and enjoys helping people feel their best. At Dynamic, Kourtney focuses on DOT and pre-employment physicals providing thorough care and education to every patient she sees. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and son on their farm, going camping, and staying active.

Paul McMahon
Physical Therapist
Paul McMahon brings a strong foundation in movement science and hands-on clinical experience to the Dynamic Physical Therapy team. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University in 2016, followed by his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Western Iowa Tech Community College in 2018.
After graduation, Paul began his career in Rapid City, South Dakota, where he worked in a private outpatient orthopedic clinic. There, he gained valuable experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.
In 2023, Paul returned to Sioux City, Iowa, to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Augustana University, graduating in the spring of 2025. Paul also received certification in Functional Dry Needling to further expand his treatment options and enhance patient outcomes through advanced neuromuscular techniques. He is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care and empowering his patients to take an active role in their recovery.

Grace Mulder
Occupational Therapist
Grace is from Siouxland and graduated from Bishop Heelan in 2018. She attended College of Saint Mary’s in Omaha where she received her Bachelor’s of Rehabilitative Studies and her Master’s of Occupational Therapy. Grace started at Dynamic Physical Therapy in 2023 treating a variety of hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries. Seeing patients overcome their ailments and achieve their goals, both personal and professional, is the most fulfilling aspect of her work! In her free time, Grace enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and cats.

Claire Fettig
Occupational Therapist
Claire grew up in Sioux Falls, SD before moving to the Omaha area where she stayed after high school to complete her Bachelors of Arts in Biology at the University of Nebraska Omaha. She then, continued her higher education at Nebraska Methodist College to receive her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2024. Following her education, she began working full-time at Dynamic Physical Therapy with a focus on treating various musculoskeletal injuries.

Michelle Wood
Physical Therapy Assistant
Michelle is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who brings over 10 years of experience in outpatient care and more than 7 years working in the workers’ compensation field. She earned her Associates of Applied Science degree and completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program from Northeast Community College and has also worked in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings. Michelle is also a certified CPR Instructor and has experience with office, industrial and healthcare ergonomics.
Passionate about helping others heal and return to the activities they love, Michelle takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients and creating a positive, supportive therapy experience. She believes that compassion, encouragement, and a little bit of humor go a long way in the recovery process.
When she’s not at work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their dog. You can often find them at the lake, cheering at sporting events, or enjoying live concerts together.

Alyson McFarland
Physical Therapy Assistant
Alyson has her degrees in a BS of Applied Human and Sport Physiology, AS of Applied Science, and an AAS of Physical Therapist Assistant. Alyson received these degrees from Wayne State College and Northeast Community College. Alyson is currently working full time at one of our on-site clinics, where she spends a majority of her days doing job analysis, creating a stretching program, treating employees on-site, and assisting in new hire orientation.
She likes to spend her time outside of work reading, going to concerts, music bingo, hanging out with friends and family, and love getting to go home to her two cats.

Ryan Meyer
Physical Therapy Assistant
After graduating from Wayne State College, Ryan obtained his PTA degree from Clarkson College.
Ryan played a lot of sports, but had his firsthand experience with physical therapy after suffering a leg injury in both the eighth and second grades. His enthusiasm for the field was ignited by those encounters.
Ryan performs Post Offer Employment Tests (POETs), prioritizes providing a kind, supportive presence, and concentrates on patient care in his current position.
Seeing patients return to their previous level of function is the most rewarding aspect of his work.
His best recommendation for anyone thinking about a career in therapy is to observe professionals in the field you are interested in. Gaining direct experience will provide you a great understanding of the everyday tasks that a therapist must perform.

Megan Miller
Physical Therapy Assistant
Megan has degrees in Sports Science from Briar Cliff University and a Physical Therapist Assistant degree from WITCC. Megan’s goal is to return each patient to their regular activities with less discomfort and more mobility, and she enjoys assisting others. A normal day involves concentrating on strength and endurance as it relates to each patient’s injury, as well as improving their mobility and capacity to carry out daily tasks both within and outside of the workplace.
Megan would advise anyone interested in this line of work to spend some time shadowing in several settings (such as a hospital, nursing home, or outpatient setting) to see which one best suits their interests.
Megan enjoys spending time with her family, and during thesummer, she enjoys playing golf and boating.

Mikeala Buus
Licensed Practical Nurse
Mikeala Buus is a Licensed Practical Nurse at Dynamic PT, where she brings compassion, clinical expertise, and just the right amount of humor to every patient interaction. A graduate of Northwest Iowa Community College, Mikeala began her career as a bedside nurse at skilled nursing facilities and later ventured into travel nursing — gaining a suitcase full of experience and stories along the way. After travel nursing Mikeala joined up with Dynamic PT.
She’s passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries and improve their overall health, and finds the greatest reward in watching patients walk out stronger and healthier than they walked in. In addition to her role at Dynamic PT, Mikeala is a certified CPR instructor and is hearing test certified.
Outside of work, she’s a self-proclaimed thrift shop enthusiast (with no plans to stop anytime soon) and an avid book collector building a personal library that may never be cataloged — but will always be cherished.

Ednaly Meza
Physical Therapy Assistant
Ednaly Meza is a dedicated Bilingual PTA who graduated from Western Iowa Tech Community College. Born and raised in Guadalajara Mexico, Ednaly moved to the United States at the age of 15, bringing with her a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for helping others.
As an empath, she values building genuine connections with her patients and takes pride in providing compassionate, individualized care. Outside of the clinic, Ednaly enjoys staying active, working out and always seeking ways to stay busy. Her passion for movement, combined with her caring nature, continues to inspire her commitment to helping people improve their quality of life through physical therapy.

Tania Gonzalez
Administrative Assistant/Drug Screen Analyst
Tania was born and raised in Sioux City and is a graduate of East High School. She plays a key role in coordinating appointments, managing administrative duties, and performing drug and alcohol screenings on-site and off-site as part of our occupational health services. While she doesn’t work directly as a therapist, Tania finds great fulfillment in supporting patients through their recovery journeys and being part of a team dedicated to helping individuals regain independence. She especially enjoys serving as a translator, ensuring every patient feels understood and comfortable throughout their visit.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children, as well as with family and friends. She loves backyard cookouts but also going out for dinner and drinks.

Grecia Padilla
Administrative Assistant/Drug Screen Analyst
Western Iowa Tech is where Grecia received her degree. Helping others and establishing a secure, encouraging environment have always been her passions. particularly with regard to their health and welfare. It truly matches her principles when she discovered the part Occ. Health plays in care and prevention. Grecia enjoys working with a group that has a significant influence behind the scenes to ensure that everything goes without a hitch.
Part of what she adores is that no two days are exactly the same! Managing administrative duties, scheduling on-site and off-site drug tests, billing, distributing reports, and ensuring that everything is well-organized and functioning effectively are all part of a normal day. Being able to translate for patients is one of the most fulfilling aspects of her work.

Dr. Sarah Sitzmann-Ruehle
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Sarah was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa, and is a proud Heelan Crusader. She attended Drake University in Des Moines where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Biology. She continued her education locally at Briar Cliff University in the charter class of the physical therapy program. She graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. She then began working full-time at Dynamic Physical Therapy specializing in the treatment of patients with vestibular and balance deficits. She has her Level I, II, and III vestibular certification. Dr. Sarah is proud to serve her hometown community and serving the Dynamic Physical Therapy team as director.

Dr. Leah NOel
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Leah is a Sioux City native and Heelan grad. She went to Briar Cliff University and received her Bachelors of Arts in biology with a minor in psychology. She continued her education through Briar Cliff to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022. She is specializes in the treatment of patients with vestibular/balance and pelvic health disorders. Leah is a level 3 pelvic certified therapist. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and other family/friends. Leah is excited to serve Siouxland with one-on-one, specialized physical therapy care!

Dr. Samanta Protexter
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Samantha (Sam) was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa, where she graduated from East High School. She attended Morningside University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in mathematics and psychology. Sam obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Briar Cliff University in 2023. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy student, Sam took a keen interest in vestibular rehabilitation when she practiced at Dynamic Physical Therapy for eight weeks during a clinical rotation. As a result, she is excited to start her career specializing in vestibular rehabilitation and continue to expand her knowledge of the various vestibular diagnoses. Sam also specializes in general imbalance and orthopedic conditions. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with her friends and family, running, playing soccer, baking and decorating sugar cookies, and antique shopping. She is eager to utilize her continually growing skillset to positively impact patients’ lives in the Siouxland area.

Dr. Kelly sonius
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Kelly is the newest member of the Dynamic Physical Therapy team. She grew up in Britt, IA and graduated from West Hancock High school. She attended Grand View University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology while playing basketball. Kelly obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2025 from Briar Cliff University. Kelly is excited to start her career at Dynamic Physical Therapy treating patients with vestibular/balance disorders as well as orthopedic disorders. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching her husband coach the Briar Cliff Women’s basketball team, and working out. She is excited about serving the Siouxland community by providing personalized physical therapy care to each patient!

Krissi Milton
Physical Therapy Assistant
Kristiana (Krissi) is originally from and currently resides in Hinton, Iowa. She received her associate’s degree in Certified Personal Training in 2015 from Western Iowa Tech. Krissi’s passion for the PT profession came after an ATV accident where she injured her wrist and went through several months of physical therapy. The experience inspired her to go back to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Since joining the Dynamic Physical Therapy team after graduation in 2016, Krissi has become specialized in the treatment of patients with dizziness and imbalance. She also performs all VNG testing. Krissi is known for her caring attitude, contagious laugh, and ability to make patients feel comfortable. She takes pride in ensuring the patient has a good experience during the course of their treatment.

Ana Trudeau
Physical Therapy Assistant
Ana grew up in Sioux City where she attended and graduated from East High School. She then went on to Western Iowa Tech graduating from the Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2022. Ana is a familiar face at Dynamic Physical Therapy because of her clinical rotation here, which sparked her interest in vestibular and pelvic therapy. Ana also has experience in orthopedics. In her free time, Ana loves reading, exercising, cooking new recipes, and spending time with family and friends. Ana is grateful to be back at Dynamic Physical Therapy and officially part of the team! She is excited to provide great care, education, and advocacy for all patients for years to come.

Missie Kleinschmidt
Client Care Specialist
Missie is a Sioux City native. She joined Ear Nose and Throat Consultants in 2017 as a receptionist. She expanded her role to Client Care Specialist at Dynamic Physical Therapy in January of 2022. She is a vital part of managing referrals, schedules and keeping the team moving forward. In her free time, Missie enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She and her husband (Chris), have two sons, Remington and Keegan, which keep them very busy.

Tobi Rehan
Client Care Specialist
Tobi was born in Kansas, but has been in the Siouxland area for the last 25 years. She and her husband Jeff, have 3 sons that keep them on their toes. She is the newest member of the Dynamic Physical Therapy team having joined in September 2024. In Tobi’s free time she enjoys gardening vegetables and herbs, reading, and making Mead (a honey wine) with her husband.

DR. Cassandra DeBoer
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Cassandra began her educational career at South Dakota State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a Health Science minor. She then continued her education at Briar Cliff University where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Since graduation Cassandra has worked in private outpatient physical therapy clinics where she has specialized in balance/vestibular rehab, pre/post-surgical rehab, manual techniques, and acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries related to personal and work.
